Accounts are strictly nett unless otherwise stated, and are subject to settlement within 30 days of the date of invoice. |

This order constitutes a binding contract between the publishers and advertiser. |
| 3. |
The advertiser is soley responsible to submit to the publishers suitable copy by the due date, failing which the publishers reserve the right to print only the name and address of the advertiser and the publishers will not be responsible for any mistake, error or omission thereby. |
| 4. |
The publishers will furnish the advertiser with a proof of copy, if so requested, prior to going to press and any amendments or alterations of such proofs must be returned to the publishers as per date stated on the poof copy. The publishers will not accept any responsibility for non-receipt or delivery either to or from the publishers. After the date stated on the copy, the publishers will print in accordance with the proof or amendment received by the stated date, and the advertiser will be responsible for payment of the account by the due date. The publishers will not be responsible for amendments or errors received after the stated date and the account will be payable in full. |

Cost incurred in the production of artwork for the advertiser will be the responsibility of the advertiser. |

All reasonable efforts will be made by the publisher to fulfil their obligations, but should the publishers be prevented or delayed in carrying out any of their obligations by reason of an Act of God, war, lock-outs, delays in transit, strikes, riots, postal delay or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance beyond their control the time for delivery shall be extended until a reasonable time after the event preventing or interfering with the due executions of an order has ceased, and in no circumstances are the publishers to be liable for any loss or damage suffered by clients as a result thereof. |

The terms of this Order constitute the entire contract between the advertiser and publisher. The advertisers acknowledges that this contract has not been entered into in reliance upon any representation or any other terms and conditions not expressly stated herein. |

The publisher will take reasonable care of material supplied by the advertiser whilst in the publisher?s custody. The publisher shall not be responsible for loss or damage of material in transit or whilst with any third party. |
